KK is our resident manager and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
With a caring heart and years of experience, she not only oversees daily operations but also provides hands-on support for residents. KK values open communication and works closely with staff, home health professionals, and families to ensure every resident feels safe, cared for, and at home.
Priscilla "Rizza"
Rizza is the owner and delegator of the AFH. She provides guidance and support to both staff and residents, fostering a warm and caring environment.
As a registered nurse with over 17 years of experience in specialties such as psychiatry, skilled nursing, primary care, anticoagulation, and case management, Rizza has also served as a charge nurse, ensuring residents receive attentive, compassionate, and high-quality care
